To serve the app under a prefix, set Vite's base: base: "/app/" in the config. The
generated server entry passes it to createHandler({ base: "/app" }), so pages, API routes and server functions answer
below /app, the client's links and asset URLs include it, and dusk-manifest.json has "base": "/app/". Mount the
static files at the same prefix. The health path stays at its own path. On the build above, with base: "/app/" and
static: { dir, prefix: "/app" } in serve.mjs, the page links its assets as href="/app/assets/about-B-9uNwTG.js" and
/about is 404 while /app/about is 200.
