What the browser build does
What the browser build does in the Server functions guide.
Compare the server source with the client stub produced by Dusk.
The same file is compiled twice. The server build keeps it as written, except that it wraps each function in
bindServerFn(…, id, base), which gives it the id and url its browser stub has. The browser build replaces every server
function with serverFnStub(id, { method, form, base }) and removes the handler, the schema, the middleware and
every import and declaration that only they used. Side-effect imports (import "./x") stay, because they run for
their effects.
