There are no Bun, Deno, Cloudflare, Vercel or Netlify adapters. The handler is a function from a Request to a Response
(fetch(request, platform?)) with no Node imports under @shadow-js/dusk/server, so a platform entry can call it; the
platform object is passed to the handler as event.platform and is where clientAddress and Workers bindings arrive.
