Redirects, rewrites, headers and route rules in dusk.config.ts

Declarative redirects, rewrites and headers, and per-path route rules (caching, prerendering, ssr: false, csr: false), are set in dusk.config.ts. The patterns use the router's segment grammar (:name, *name) plus **, the same patterns are used by every rule, and the order in which the rules apply is fixed: redirects, then route-rule redirects, then beforeFiles rewrites, then the route match with afterFiles and fallback rewrites only when no page matches, with headers and route rules applied to the answer.
